I love those fond face expressions you would see at the Deaf Clubs, and of course, at any other Deaf gathering places. Those face expressions can't be described in the words. Heartful belongs to the ASL culture. I hope you enjoy watching the video. Thanks for watching. Comments are welcome.

Deaf's Best Friend

Deaf's Best friend, the dog as well known quote, the "Man's best freind." You know how important the dogs and the other pets are into many Deaf's life. They give so much of love, they do not judge, nor talk back, nor hurt the feelings, nor demanding but give the unconditional love without expecting in return. They do help Deaf to recognize the noise in the surroundings and greeting the quests at the door after the door bell rang. Most of all, they are very loyal and protecting you. Courage, Compassion, Kindness! Have you heard the line before, "You do not own a dog, the dog owns you?" That does applies me a big time, Sometime I need to remind Howie that I am the BOSS! :) So, Here I started this dedicate memorable project for them. I created the photo slide below and email account just for this purpose. I would like very much if you would participate this project by email the picture of your precious and best friend, the dog or cat to deafsbestfriend at gmail.com, the pictures will then be added to the slide album below. Be sure you are in the picture as well with the pet, not just the pet alone. The picture of the pet alone will be accepted only if the pet itself is deaf. The picture can be of you when you were kid with the pet, be it in the present or past, no matter. Don't forget to mentioned the names of you and the pet for the caption under the picture. Join and help to make this very enjoyable, inspiring and fun to see the pictures of many deafies with their love pets. You can help by email your family or friends about this project. It would be nice to see the pets with the bloggers and vloggers together from the Deafread.com as well, and you, the Deaf lurkers, too. Well, now what are you waiting for? :)

Congrats to those DeafRead Award Winners!!

It was such an awesome experience to watch the DeafRead Award Conference Live video feed. It was so fun to watch the video, and at the same time I felt proud to be part of it. The live chat was fun to be involved. It was so good to see the familiar faces in the video, like LaRoda, Joey, De, Amy, Jon, Olson and more. It was tough to catch the signing in the small video. I was hoping someone there would turn the cam around so I can see the vlogger audiences in the seating. Well, Yeah, Of course, I know in the future, it will be much better. I can't wait for next annual award conference. I wonder where will it be held, same in SF or move around in the country? Big Congrats to those DeafRead Award Winners and the nominated as well!!!!
