I love those fond face expressions you would see at the Deaf Clubs, and of course, at any other Deaf gathering places. Those face expressions can't be described in the words. Heartful belongs to the ASL culture. I hope you enjoy watching the video. Thanks for watching. Comments are welcome.

I have not been to deaf clubs for very long time when i became a mom and take care of kids however if there are very special--one in lifetime deaf events, my hubby and i would go. Yeah, I remember the facial expressions/their reactions at the clubs. You did a good job at showing facial expressions. wink!!

Yes, I remembered going to Deaf Club years ago. Every expression is very priceless and funny. I don't know if in your Deaf Club, there was a poker game going on? We had a poker night every Friday and Saturday nights. The poker players' faces were so funny! Even we got into argument during the game, too. So funny! I treasure the memories in Deaf Club.

You made me laugh, laugh, laugh! True! It does bring me a lot of memories. I used to go to the Deaf club. I missed those good ole' days! However, I still see some of them at some Deaf events nowadays. Thank you so much for making this funny, wonderful ASL video clip.
That was so much fun to watch! I can't help but notice you signed slow on cheek..so that must be Pennsylvania sign, right? Thanks for the chuckle!

ha ha, actaully realize this, not only in deaf clubs, its everywhere and no we never missed it, a flawed statement in the beginning but nonetheless your expression hit the chord, good job!
I'm not deaf, but I can certainly
see a happy face, even if I don't know the sign language.
Awesome!

Deaf person without expressions is like a Hearing person without voice!

Very well done! I grew up that way too. My folks would take me to deaf club in St. Paul, Minn every Saturday (when I'm not in school). I would get to see some of my aunt/uncles as well. After I got out of school, it was a good place to meet my friends and/or school mates. ASL is very visual and it can be amusing, mellow or terrifying. Just facial expressions speaks in a language of its own. I love it. Long live ASL!

Oh yes! I noticed that and I love it. I'm glad to be in deaf world. It's like our own language, facial expressions, gestures and all that. That's our deaf culture. You did a very good job at facial expression. Way to go! **HIGH FIVE**

I am a senior citzen-74 yrs old. My deaf sister took me to the deaf club in Portland, Oregon when I was a teenager. Good crowd of grassroots there. I enjoyed learning some signs with face epressions from them and even copied their face expressions. Now many deaf clubs are no longer in the US. Now we have video phone and emails to keep in touch with each other. I prefer chatting with friends at the deaf clubs as we had fun sharing jokes with face expressons. Miss old days! How sad!
I am a senior - 75 yrs old. My deaf sister took me to a deaf club in Portland, Oregon when I was a teenager. I enjoyed chatting with grassroots as they had wonderful face expressins and even copied them. Now many deaf clubs are no longer in the US. Nowadays many of us have video phone to keep up with talking with frineds. I still prefer deaf clubs as we used to get together in a group telling stories about our dorm life or jokes with face expressions. I miss good old days!
